Rumored to be the GTI 'Club Sport' or the 40th Anniversary it has a massive rear spoiler, larger brakes, 18-inch five-spoke wheels, front lower lip, lowered suspension, rear roll cage, and Golf R front seats.
Power is expected to come from a 2.0L Turbo TFSI, producing around 270hp.

It's believed that Porsche will produce a GTS version of the new Macan. The model format works and has already proven with the Cayenne, Panamera, and 911. The features would include stiffer and lower suspension, sports exhaust, manual option, and likely power bump around 20hp. If production is given the green light, performance should be similar to the Turbo S with a modified turbocharged 3.6L V6 and 450hp. These rendering from 'Virtuel-car' provide an excellent example of perhaps an upcoming Macan GTS.

It is based on the Allroad Shooting Brake Concept that was revealed earlier this year. If an Audi TT hatchback (shooting brake) reaches production, this rendering does a great job of exploring that option.
