On the eve of the Frankfurt Motor Show, Audi has unveiled a near-production R8 e-Tron.
Set to be launched late next year, the model is distinguished by a ventilated hood, a revised grille and additional carbon fiber accents.
As we have previously reported, the car has a 53 kWh lithium-ion battery which sends power to four electric motors that produce 313 PS (230 kW /308 hp) and 4,500 Nm (3,319 lb-ft) of torque. This enables the R8 to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 4.8 seconds and travel up to 250 km (155 miles) on a single charge.
