Enthusiasts have been longing for an entry-level Porsche roadster and a new report is indicating the wait could soon be over.
According to Autobild, the highly-anticipated successor to the 356 will be launched in the summer of 2014. The magazine says the car will be powered by a mid-mounted, turbocharged 1.6-liter engine with approximately 200 PS (147 kW / 197 hp). More importantly, the model is expected to cost €39,000 which is roughly €8,000 less than the current Boxster.
