It has been leaked/rumored that Audi's new supercar is being developed under the codename 'Scorpion', more commonly known as the 'R20'. Total power is still expected to have 700hp from the combination 3.7L V6 Turbo Diesel (600hp), and electric motor (100hp). The diesel turbo will send its power to the rear wheels, while the electric motor to the front. Styling for the street-legal LeMans car has not been finalized, but based on the R18, these images give a good idea of what to expect. Thought to be launched in 2016 or 2017 with a limited production of 250-333 units. Pricing is believed to be in excess of $1 million US (€764,175) and battle against the likes of Bugatti Veyron, Lamborghini Aventador, Bentley Continental GT3, and Porsche 918 Spyder.
