Volkswagen CEO Martin Winterkorn revealed that a 10-speed DSG and Super TDI are coming. He stated that while both are being developed, there is no release date yet. The 10-speed DSG is being developed to meet strict lower CO2 emission by 2020. The new performance TDI will have around 135hp per liter, which could mean a 2.0L TDI producing 270bhp. It will feature variable valve-train assembly, high-pressure injection system, and an electric turbocharger.
