Volkswagen recently unveiled the CrossPolo, which finally completes the Polo lineup. It was only four months ago that the first photos of this model were released.

VW offers three petrol and three common rail TDI engines for the CrossPolo, with power outputs ranging from 70 ps to 105 ps. Offered as standard are the petrol engines: 1.2l 70 ps, 1.4l 85 ps, 1.2l TSI 105 ps with a 6 speed manual transmission. Meanwhile, a 7 speed DSG automatic is being offered as an option. VW claims that the diesels, 1.6l with three power outputs ( 75 ps, 90 ps and 105 ps), are the quietest engines of their category.

These come equipped with a particulate filter, which makes them emit just 113 grams of CO2/km. When comparing the CrossPolo to the base Polo version, you’ll notice that they differ in the heights of their stance as well as in some unique features that each have.

For the exterior, the CrossPolo features individually styled front apron with integrated front fog lights and large air inlet, 17-inch alloy Budapest wheels in 5-spoke design and silver anodized roof rails. Buyers can choose from six exterior colors. In particular, the Magma Orange and Terra Beige Metallic were made exclusively for this model.

For its interior, the car gets two-tone fabrics (four different color trims), sports seats, leather steering wheel and leather-trimmed parking brake handle. The CrossPolo features the following as standard: electric adjustable and heated door mirrors, electric window lifts, multi-function display with TPMS and height-adjustable sport seats.
