The range of Polo might be expanded with the productions of a GT and GTD. After the launch of the GTI 1.4 TSI 180 hp, new versions of the vehical might in fact be added to the range, with acronyms that certainly do not sound unusual for fans of the VAG brand.

The GT should be equipped with the 1.4 TSI 150 hp, combined with the DSG, so repeating the line-up cousin of Ibiza, which offers both versions of the FR that the Cupra, while the GTD needs to mount the exclusive Polo for the full range the 1.6 TDI in a version from about 130 hp. The launch, is expected at the end of 2011, but this has not been confirmed as of yet.
